Privacy conditions

The type of personal information collected from the buyer will be limited to that which BG Products B.V. believes necessary for the delivery of the ordered products, invoicing and other obligations resulting from the agreement.

The personal information is collected in order to deliver the order placed by the buyer. If there exists any doubt, an order will be verified by phone to allow BG Products B.V. to fulfil the order and send the invoice. The address information is used by the transporter of the purchased items in order to ensure correct delivery. After the items have been delivered and the buyer has fulfilled their obligations, their personal information will be destroyed and only the information necessary for Bac-winkel’s administration will be saved. Personal information is never released to third parties. BG Products B.V. only has access to the personal information that is sent via regular email. This information is only accessible to employees of BG Products B.V. The buyer can request BG Products B.V. to provide insight into and/or modify the information they provided.
